Beautiful restaurant, I was told the building was built in the 1800s. My server Jerlonda was very patient and attentive and walked me through the menu. I had the Shrimp Geneva. It was very good. Glad I got to try this place as I passed through Meridian.
Charming little place in a 2 story Victorian house. I had the Beef/Spinach manicotti and it was fantastic. Served with homemade rolls that were amazing. The marinara was a bit underspiced for me, but was very fresh tasting. The main drawback was service, which was prompt enough, but just not friendly. Could have been an off night, but that's the only thing stopping short of me giving it 5 stars.
The ambiance of this restaurant is perfect for a date night. It's located in a Victorian style home. The weather was perfect for outdoor dining, so we ate on the porch. The columns were wrapped in lights, and we watched a bird feed her babies in a magnolia tree beside our table. I ordered the salmon piccata and learned they were out of salmon so had to switch to shrimp scampi, which cost them a star for me, especially since the dish I ordered was considered one of their specialties. We also overheard they were out of meatballs, which could be indicative of some real problems with dish availability. However, the food we ordered was delicious. My husband got the pasta trio and cleaned his plate. I took my leftover shrimp scampi to go. We also both ordered the Angelo Azzuro Blue Angel martini, and our server Jerlonda recommended a perfect white wine to go along with my shrimp scampi. The complementary bread also cannot be beat. I'm not really a bread person but had to eat a piece. Overall, a great experience that left us wondering if we could find a reason to return to Meridian.

This little restaurant located in an old Victoria. House is a gem. We really enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent. The tomato basil mozzarella cheese salad was delicious and the bread soft tasty and hot. Our entrees, lasagna and spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs was exceptional. We took home leftovers and enjoyed another meal the next day!
